Overall positive experience. The products arrived damaged (large dent in upper corner of box, buckling and creases. Same with the foam).

I own a number of Feldherr inserts and they are always perfectly designed for the task. Great price, great service and an awesome product.

I have purchased several Feldherr products off of Amazon in the United States and have been happy with them. In October 2022, I could not find what I needed in the US and went to feldherr.net to order directly. I ordered some FSLB storage boxes and a carry bag and unfortunately they were just placed into a fairly lightweight shipping box. This ... shipping box was badly mistreated by the various carriers that transported the package and the cardboard FSLB boxes inside received some dented corners, not to the point of not being able to use them, but to me they are expensive boxes and I take care of mine and my 3-year old FSLB's look like they have been taken care of better than my brand new ones. As it took three months for the order to arrive and the condition they arrived in, I most likely will never order from feldherr.net again.... mehr... weniger

the foam inserts for my blackstone fortress and star wars legion games were perfect, they are the best storage solution for all the tokens, game pieces and spindly miniatures. I also liked that they fitted into their respective boxes.<br>they are just pretty great and very affordable in my opinion. The shipping was also affordable and my ... inserts arrived on time and in perfect condition.<br>I highly recommend feldherr inserts.... mehr... weniger

Only thing that could be better is harder bottoms. When I do the bottoms for pluck foam I put 5mm foam on each side of 1mm cardboard.

Overall I'd say this product is pretty good. I wish it were a little larger, however. Unless there are other options and I'm blind. The shipping took quite a time.

All the items I have received have been of excellent quality and exactly described on the website. The figures and boards are protected and the game is easier to play with the articles organised.
